Pamela - Many (most?) of this set are created with pastel restricted palettes and many feature fairly simple shapes, such as this swirl, compared to the complexities that can arise in this type of work. Seems to me that you are continuing to explore a "simplicity out of complexity" theme. The actual form of this image has a lot going for it - lots of motion in the curves, very neat compositional placement, delicate colours.
